This policy explains what content can be generated through reclamepenet.ro and where the line is drawn. Please read it together with the Terms & Conditions and the AI Policy.
The Romanian version at /utilizare-acceptabila is the canonical text. This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Romanian text governs.
1. In short
reclamepenet.ro is a video generation tool, not a publisher. We technically block only content whose generation or hosting would be illegal for us under Romanian and European law. For everything else, the choice and the responsibility belong to you, as user and publisher.
2. What we block — the exhaustive list
The list below is exhaustive. What is not listed here may be generated — but subsequent publishing on external platforms is the user's responsibility (see the next section).
- CSAM (any sexualised image of minors)
- Explicit sexual / pornographic content
- Hate speech against protected classes (Romanian Penal Code Art. 369 — hate speech)
- Direct incitement to violence or terrorism (Romanian Penal Code Art. 329 — incitement)
- Direct impersonation of an identifiable real person without their written consent
- Content facilitating specific illegal activity (weapons, synthesis of controlled substances, malware, fraud tooling)
These categories are enforced through automated filters and human review. Circumvention attempts (jailbreak, prompt injection, encoded prompts) constitute a breach of the Terms.
3. What we do NOT block — user responsibility
reclamepenet is a tool, not a publisher. The verticals below are fully generatable through the service — we do not issue warnings, we do not require approvals, we do not block these categories. They do, however, demand a high degree of diligence from you: specific sectoral legislation, strict distribution-platform policies, claims sensitive to verification.
- Food supplements, weight loss
- Crypto / trading / financial products
- Cosmetics with performance claims
- Gambling, alcohol
- BNPL / credit / lending products
- Dating
- CBD / cannabis (in jurisdictions where legal)
- Political / electoral content
- Medical / wellness / prescription-adjacent claims
In accordance with the Terms & Conditions (section 5), the user is solely responsible for the compliance of published content with Romanian Law 363/2007 on commercial practices, ANPC and ANAF regulations, distribution-platform rules (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube), copyright and image rights, as well as any other applicable sectoral legislation.
4. Quality of automated generations
For automated generations produced by AI models used internally as proprietary tools, we apply claim-pattern policies that avoidunverified specific-result claims — for example “lose 10 kg in 2 weeks”, “guaranteed 30% return”, “cures X”. The models naturally lean towards safer formulations: “may support weight-loss efforts”, “results vary”, “no medical claims”.
These policies are a brand-quality default, NOT a moderation mechanism. The user's manual edits in the script editor override these defaults — you can freely rewrite any claim. At that point, responsibility for the claim transfers entirely to you, both from the perspective of Romanian law (Law 363/2007, ANPC) and from the perspective of the platform rules on which you choose to publish.
5. Enforcement and sanctions
Breaches of the hard-block list in section 2 lead to account blocking without refund, in accordance with the Terms (section 16). Automated detection models perform pre-screening — they flag potential breaches — but the final blocking decision is humanand is based on the full context of the brief, the script, and the user's inputs.
To report content that breaches this policy, write to legal@reclamepenet.ro or use the DSA notice form (notice and action mechanism under EU Regulation 2022/2065).
6. Consequences for the user
reclamepenet cannot protectyour account on TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, or any other distribution platform if you publish content against their policies. These platforms' rules apply independently of our permissive policy: an ad that is legal to generate here may still be prohibited from being published on TikTok or Meta. Checking the specific rules of each platform is your task.
In addition, labelling content as AI-generated when publishing is mandatory under Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act). See the visible labelling guide at /ghid/disclosure-ai — it explains how to enable the “AI-generated content” toggle on TikTok, the “Digitally created” label on Meta, the “synthetic content” indicator on YouTube.
7. Versioning and updates
This is version 1.0 of the reclamepenet Acceptable Use Policy, in effect from 9 May 2026. Material changes (for example a change to the hard-block list or the addition of new enforcement mechanisms) are notified by email to all users at least 30 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications) are published with the date indicated. Cross-link to /termeni for the full versioning regime.
